Friday Fever - these freestyle nights have been held the 1st Friday of every month (except August) since 1998. Doors open and freestyle starts at 8:00pm. We have a 30 minute fun intermediate icebreaker class at 8:45pm then it's freestyle all the way to 11:30. Price: £7.00 if booked in advance, £8.00 on the door (if available).

Saturday Showcase - at these dances we invite a guest teacher along to teach the icebreaker class at 8:45pm. Then at around 10:00pm we have a cabaret performance by the guest teacher and/or another dance cabaret act. Always entertaining and inspiring...past cabarets include Latin, Ballroom, Salsa, Tango, Hip-hop, Flamenco, Pom-pom, ...and of course, modern jive in its various guises! Dancing till midnight. Price: £8.00 if booked in advance, £9.00 on the door (if available).

Jive Jukebox - Our request night where 'You Say, We Play'. Includes an icebreaker class by a guest modern jive teacher at 8:45pm, then dancing to your requests until midnight. Tickets £7.00 if booked in advance, £8.00 on the door (if available).

Weekly Classes at Waterlooville

Every Tuesday at Waterlooville Community Centre, one of the friendliest jive venues on the south coast!

Modern jive is easy to learn, great fun and can be danced to virtually any type of music. Always a 45 minute beginners class starting at 8:00pm, and then an intermediate class at 9:00pm, followed by over an hour of freestyle dancing until 11:00pm. Jive coaches to help beginners practise the moves. So if you've never danced before we'll show you the way ....come on your own or with a friend! We look forward to seeing you there.
